Dear healthcare enthusiasts,
We are very pleased to announce the launch of the call for nominations for the 15th edition of the Hippocrate Award!
Submitted projects must be value-based and demonstrate a concrete impact on improving health and well-being, both from the perspective of users and the general population.
The awards will recognize projects that clearly demonstrate interdisciplinary and intersectoral partnerships among teams working in the public, private, nonprofit, and community sectors related to health.
Highlight the innovative nature of your project, its contribution to a more humane, efficient, and high-quality network, as well as its ability to promote a continuous continuum of care and services, delivered at the right time, in the right place, and by the right resources.
Two categories to better recognize the impact of your initiatives
Transformative Project
Your project has been in place for at least 18 months, and its validity has been demonstrated during implementation. Available data attests to its effectiveness, its potential for scalability is recognized, and concrete examples demonstrate the successes achieved.
Emerging Project
Your project is still in the proof-of-concept stage and has been underway for more than six months. You already have promising preliminary results. This category is designed to support projects in development by offering teams recognition and momentum to continue advancing them.

Application deadline (new date): June 9, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
Evaluation and selection of finalists and winners by the jury: Summer 2025
Hippocrate Awards Gala: October 16, 2025
