The Hippocrate Award serves as a catalyst to identify, recognize, support, and promote promising innovations that help transform healthcare practices, organizations, and patient journeys for the benefit of the community.

Objectives

Within the framework of interdisciplinary and intersectoral projects related to health and social services, the Hippocrate Award aims to highlight:

  • Value creation in healthcare for users, professionals, organizations, and the public;
  • The integration of care and life pathways;
  • The ability to address the growing complexity of health and social service systems;
  • The convergence of research, clinical settings, and users;
  • The use of technology, data, and artificial intelligence from a human-centered perspective;
  • Workforce adaptation to new work realities;
  • Demonstration of clear results (access, efficiency, quality, satisfaction, costs, research success);
  • Knowledge transfer, reproducibility, and scaling up;
  • Recognition of Quebec’s international leadership and international solutions with local impact.
