Deployment and impact of a transformative innovation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

By the time we received the Hippocrates Award, we had already completed dozens of deployments of our triage software (navig.ai) in medical clinics across Quebec. In the weeks following the award ceremony, we deployed this same software in primary care access points (GAPs). Winning the Hippocrates Award certainly helped raise awareness among decision-makers in the Health and Social Services Network regarding the real value of our innovation for primary care.<\/p>\n

Care Optimization: Measurable Impacts on the Accessibility and Efficiency of Health Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

In medical clinics using navig.ai, we measured a 13.3% increase in medical capacity and nearly a 200% increase in the capacity to handle appointment-related phone inquiries. This translates to more relevant and easier-to-obtain appointments for patients. In GAPs using navig.ai, we also found that the software had the same impact as doubling the existing nursing staff, by ensuring that patients whose issues require a nurse\u2019s intervention are quickly identified in advance.<\/p>\n

Geographic Expansion for Wider Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every week, new clinics across Quebec are implementing navig.ai. We are currently working to roll out the software in the Greater Montreal area, Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie, Lanaudi\u00e8re, Mauricie-Centre-du-Qu\u00e9bec, the Capitale-Nationale region, Lac-Saint-Jean, and Estrie, among others. We will also complete a series of deployments in medical clinics in New Brunswick before the end of spring.<\/p>\n
