It celebrates innovation at every stage of the service continuum, whether clinical, organizational, technological, or human.<\/p>\n<p>Year after year, projects led by dedicated teams are rolled out on a large scale. To inspire you\u2014and perhaps encourage you to submit your application <strong>by June 9, 2025<\/strong>\u2014discover the stories of five teams who have experienced the Hippocrate adventure!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u201cEvery project submitted can be a source of inspiration.\u201d \u2013 <strong>Dan \u00c9. Gabay<\/strong>, President and CEO, CIUSSS de l\u2019Ouest-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al<\/p>\n<p>Even projects that don\u2019t win can have a tangible impact. As Mr. Gabay points out in this video, many innovations submitted to the Hippocrate Award have subsequently been adopted and adapted in other settings. The key? Daring to share what works.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" title=\"Lecteur vid\u00e9o Youtube\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xpNRnnuUCNg\" width=\"315\" height=\"560\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><span style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u201cThere are other projects like ours, all across Quebec, that deserve to be known, recognized, and rolled out on a large scale.\u201d \u2013 Erin Cook, Deputy President and CEO, CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al<\/p>\n<p>The home hospital project of the CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al, coordinated by Ms. Erin Cook, received the Grand Prix Hippocrate. Today, this compassionate and integrated initiative is being rolled out across Quebec, supported by an investment of over $100 million.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Lecteur vid\u00e9o Youtube\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/I5cM3DfuOXI\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u201cWe figured we had nothing to lose, and in the end, we gained everything!\u201d \u2013 Marie Lavoie, co-founder, C\u0153urWay<\/p>\n<p>Winner of the Grand Prize in the Emerging category, the C\u0153urWay team saw their project acquired by a strategic partner. The recognition they received opened new doors: media coverage, visibility within the healthcare network, and accelerated impact.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" title=\"Lecteur vid\u00e9o Youtube\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RmCxEoiG8aQ\" width=\"315\" height=\"560\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u201cThe Hippocrate Award motivated our teams and gave our clinic a provincial reach.\u201d \u2013 Dr. Marc Bilodeau, President and CEO, CISSS de l\u2019Outaouais<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the competition, the CISSS de l\u2019Outaouais musculoskeletal (MSQ) clinic has gained recognition, reached more than 1,200 patients, and strengthened the engagement of its teams.
